The practice has a distinct focus on several key areas, including finance structuring, development and construction projects spanning commercial, retail, industrial, residential, and mixed-use properties. The firm also handles sales and acquisitions, due diligence for property transactions, provides commercial advice on leases for retail, office, and industrial spaces, and assists with title structuring.

Drawing upon his extensive experience, Dallas has had the privilege of advising and representing various private and corporate entities, as well as property developers across Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland. Notable projects include advising PB & Co Projects on their $60 million acquisition in Kurraba Point, NSW, assisting Matter Projects in transactions exceeding $200 million in industrial assets, and providing strategic advice to Billboard Media in their $12.5 million acquisition and subsequent $25 million sale within a 9-month period.

Other significant clients include Forty Winks for their leasing requirements in Victoria, Ausker Energies for the proposed re-development of an 80 square kilometre wind farm site on the Eyre Peninsula, and numerous private developers in the bayside and eastern suburbs.
