Stephanie Suntovski

Stephanie is a Senior Solicitor at Sather Legal's Melbourne and Brighton offices, practising in wills and estates, disputed estates, and family law.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Laws from Victoria University and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the Leo Cussen Centre for Law and is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia. She is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria as well as the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.

She advises individuals, families, executors, and trustees on all aspects of estate planning, including testamentary trusts and complex trust structures for intergenerational wealth. She also represents clients in contested matters, including disputed wills, family provision claims, trust disputes, and superannuation matters, providing clear and considered guidance to help clients make informed decisions with confidence.

In family law, she assists clients with financial and children's matters, including binding financial agreements, complex property settlements, and parenting arrangements. She guides clients through negotiation, mediation, and collaborative processes, and is experienced in litigation when required.
