Thomas is a commercial lawyer, specialising in Property and Development, Real Estate, Commercial Litigation, and Business Law. His legal journey commenced within the Competition and Consumer Law team at Arnold Bloch Leibler. After graduating with Honours from Monash University, he transitioned to the in-house practice of Lakeside Financial, focusing on financial advisory and property law matters.

Notable among these are the $60 million acquisition and proposed development of 14 luxury residences on Sydney's Kurraba Point waterfront, as well as the $25 million sale of commercial enterprises in Melbourne's Cheltenham.
